Accountability and Motivation ~ July Up Date

An up date on how I am doing with the" Walk Away the Pounds'
I am down 5.5 lbs for July . For a total of 8.5 lbs !!Yeah!!!!
I have walked 65 miles in July !!! Can you believe it?? I can't!!
I feel great and some clothes is fitting better which is always nice . I have lots of energy too.
I know it looks like the weight is coming off slow but with the walks it will come off and stay off.
I have been doing the fast walks and those are a 12 minute miles which includes a 2 minute Boosted walking(light jog) at the end of every mile . I was so surprised to see I could do it !!!

Quilt Hollow, its for inside. You pace youself and work up to more miles . When I started in June I could hardly get through the first mile.
You can Google Leslie Sansone and you will find all kinds of DVDs that she has out . I have some that I use to challenge myself.

65 miles??? Good grief, that's probably further than I drive in a month, let alone walk! I really must start doing something like this - soon. I'm easing myself in gently you see as just thinking about it makes me tired.

Well done on that and on the weight loss.

Good for you Betty. I am having a terrible time taking off weight. I like your recipe for the granola bars. Will have to try it.
