15 In 15

I am so excited !!! This week was 15 weeks that I have been working out and trying to eat a healthy diet . So far I have loss 15.6lbs !!!!!! Yeah Me!!!!


I have been working out a lot and mostly with Leslie Sansone's Fast 4 miles .


Now to some people 15 in 15 weeks maybe slow but I am building muscles and really toning up.

15 weeks ago I was wearing a size 20/22 pants and now I can fit into a size 16 pants !!!

I haven't loss that much weight but I have loss inches and to me that's what really counts . The weight will come off and right now I am very pleased with my progress.

My walking goal for the month is 60 miles . I have already put in 57 miles for this month :)))

WOW that is terrific. I've been on a weight loss journey myself but I go to the YMCA.

wow...you are losing some inches aren't you!! that's a lot of sizes down!

that's the way i think too...i don't care what the scale says...it's just a number! it's what the tape measure says...or how clothes fit!!
