Leslie Sansone has a challenge on her site here.

Its for 10 days. She has a menu for each meal and has a suggested walk to walk off that meal .I just finished the 10 days and so happy to say I have loss 3.1 lbs !! Its been 9 months now that I have been working out with Leslie's DVDs and finally I have hit the 30lbs weight loss!!! Actually I am 30.4lbs down !!
Its seems very slow but its something I can live with ......
The picture below is a before walking with Leslie

Of course I wear black to look slimmer.....................

After walking with Leslie and 30lbs gone!!!!!!

Hi Betty . this morning I have started the plan, I had the porridge made with the really coarse oats, that is something I have no problem with, but I cannot face a hard boiled egg at the same meal so I,ll have that when I usually have elevenses, have a nice day---cottonreel

Awesome! It may seem slow while you are doing it, but look how those pounds added up in nine months! Nice going!
