10 Weeks and 10.5 Down ~

Thats right 10.5lbs gone off my body!!!!!
Today is 10 weeks that I started walking with my Leslie Sansone DVDs. I must say I am happy with the weight loss so far . I have sooo much more energy than before .
I am eating better . I think before I eat. If I eat a snack thats not a healthy one I start thinking, "okay how much will I have to walk to burn this off?"
I wanted to reach 10 lbs for Labor Day (Sept.1th) Thank Goodness I reached it before!!! Yeah!!!
Have been sewing too!!! Will be posting something so cute real soon.........

I do my walking in water because of problems with my knees and bones. I am so encouraged by you that I am going to try harder in my effort to exercise. Thanks Betty!

Congratulations Betty! Well done. I purposed to do the walking and then last week I missed the curb and sprained my foot. I have to tell you that the first thing I thought about as I was lying in the street was, Oh NO now I won't be able to walk for several weeks! So here I sit, foot up, and waiting for my foot to heal. It's my driving foot too, so that really puts a damper on driving the car and the sewing machine :-(

Congratulations. You've inspired me to try to exercise more, and hopefully loose some weight. Thank you!
