Healthy Granola Bars

Wanted something to snack on today but also wanted something healthy.

The picture is not very clear but take my word for it ,they are great!!!
Here is the recipe for the granola :

Chewy Granola Bars

1 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tst. vanilla
1/4 cup honey

Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add the vanilla and honey, mix well. At this point you can add chopped nut, dried fruits, or coconuts.
Press mixture evenly into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes . Cool before cutting .

I made some today and doubled the recipe.
Easy and fun to make
