Blue Jeans & Shirts Memory Quilt # 2

This week I managed to finish another quilt. This had a different twist to it . Its made out of mens blue jeans and shirts.
A friend of mine from Face-book asked me to make a quilt from her fathers clothes. He has passed away some time back and wanted the memory from his clothes.  She sent me some of his jeans and some work shirts with the logo on the breast pocket of the shirts. They were all knit shirts so interfacing each shirt was needed to stabilize the fabric.

I used the Half Log Cabin block.
Love the simple design of it and the other one is just a floating block.

Cal Dive was the logo on the shirt.
