15 In 15

I am so excited !!! This week was 15 weeks that I have been working out and trying to eat a healthy diet . So far I have loss 15.6lbs !!!!!! Yeah Me!!!!


I have been working out a lot and mostly with Leslie Sansone's Fast 4 miles .


Now to some people 15 in 15 weeks maybe slow but I am building muscles and really toning up.

15 weeks ago I was wearing a size 20/22 pants and now I can fit into a size 16 pants !!!

I haven't loss that much weight but I have loss inches and to me that's what really counts . The weight will come off and right now I am very pleased with my progress.

My walking goal for the month is 60 miles . I have already put in 57 miles for this month :)))

~Leslie Sansone And I Are Still Friends~

Labor Day has come and gone!!!!
One of my weight loss goals was to lose 10lbs by Labor Day . I am happy to tell you that Leslie and I are still friends !! LOL!! I am still walking with her everyday . I am down to 13.4lbs a bit more that my goal . I am thrilled about it . On Sept 12 will be 3 months(has it been only 3 month??) that I have been walking. I can truly say I am enjoying the workouts . I have my favorites but right now I am doing the Walk Slim , 4 Fast Miles . This workout has you doing 4 miles in 47 minutes !! Yikes!! I have worked up to it and can follow with no problem .

I am a member of the Walk Club from "Walk Away The Pounds" message board and joined the 90 day challenge.

Talking about quilting stuff ,I did manage to make me some placemats . They came out cute and will post pictures soon.
